“My bones are mountains. My tears, rushing rivers. The earth’s crust is my skin. Trees adorn my head. The sun, moon, and stars Are in my eyes. The ether of the Universe is my breath. Separateness is an illusion. I am all things and all things are me.”
Take a guided shamanic journey with me into the heart of the land beneath our feet – the sacred body of Mother Nature.
Call on the ancient forest goddess Green Tara for help and guidance. Green Tara lives at the heart of wild, untamed lands. She will hold and guide you on this journey into the heart of Mama Earth.
Here is an audio recording of the Love Your Mama Event I held earlier today:
Take a guided dream journey in the shamanic style and ask the land and waters how you can help. Call on the Celtic Goddess Danu – the ancient, primordial mother of all things – and ask for guidance.
How can you be of service to Mama Earth? What does the land ask of you? What do the waters have to share? How can you tend to the needs of Mother Danu / Pachamama / Gaia on Earth Day and every day?
I no longer pray— now I drink dark chocolate and let the moon sing to me.
I no longer pray— I let my ancestors dance through my hips at the slightest provocation.
I no longer pray— I go to the river and howl my ancient pain into the current.
I no longer pray— I ache, I desire, I say “yes” to my longing.
I no longer pray as I was taught but as the stars crawl onto my lap like soft animals at nighttime and God tucks my hair behind my ears with the gentle fingers of her wind and a new intimacy is uncovered in everything, perhaps it’s that I’m finally learning how to pray.
“It’s all divine; the smiles, the snot, the birthing, the dying, the aroma of a bloom, the stench of decay… the light and the dark. It’s all divine. And the mother holds it all.” ~ Nancy Lankston

Patriarchy may try to negate body and flee Earth with its constant heartbeat of death, but Goddess forces us back to embrace them, to take our human life in our arms and clasp it for the divine life it is— the nice, sanitary, harmonious moments as well as the painful, dark, splintered ones.
If such a consciousness truly is set loose in the world, nothing will be the same.
It will free us to be in a sacred body, on a sacred planet, in sacred communion with all of it. It will infect the universe with holiness. We will discover the Divine deep within the earth and the cells of our bodies, and we will love her there with all our hearts and all our souls and all our minds.
