You can use the amplified energy of this time to take an honest look at your life. Have you been irresponsible or careless with others in some way? Or with yourself?
Be kind and gentle with yourself as you take an unflinching look at your behavior. This is a chance to own and forgive old mistakes or misconceptions that have been weighing you down.

Ready or not, your shadow is out. The old rules of life may not hold much longer. Literally everything is up for debate.
Self care is key to managing this level of change. Create a calm safe space you can root into and relax within. Try to love every wiggle and wobble you make as you feel your way into a new future.

The world may seem even more wild and chaotic than usual — like you are at sea in the midst of a big storm.
